Storm: Another alien weapon came into posession, and boy did Lily pick up a weird one...
On first glance, this looks like a beam rifle, nothing too out of the ordinary, but what's interesting is a few things.
First, this weapon is held up by tiny graviton particles, the same used by the Gravitron, at first I thought it mere scrap parts, but when I lifted it up for the first time, it was all in one piece.
Second is how this thing works, the Radior-Gravitas Rifle is not like anything I seen before, when the trigger is held down, violet plasma projectiles converge into one as the flaps open up,when the trigger is released, the ball is released, sent flying until it hits a solid object, exploding and setting things on viiolet flame.
Third is the sight and ammo, rather than using a traditional mag, this thing runs on heat rather than any ammo, the sight not only helps to establish a point of aim, but it also tells the user how hot the gun is, a fully charged shot will instantly overheat the weapon. Using the lever on the body releases excess heat.
No way is this weapon going out on the battlefield here on Earth, Geneva conventions would probably have a field day if this was used on anything, maybe on other planets, but I need to figure out where it came from...

The aliens probably wanted to save some screws as they designed this. Or maybe they wanted the enemy to think that it's broken and not worth picking up.
